I have had this phone for 11 months now.
Here's some feedback and advice.
1) Crashes - I've had some crashes randomly, I think they are caused by some orientation + top bar interaction. Happens very infrequently so it's not a huge deal. I roughly got 7-8 crashes in 11 months of use, triggering a restart and everything was fine afterwards.
2) Brightness - This phone is quite dim in sunlight, you won't be able to see much. At max brightness, I struggle to see what's on the screen.
3) Settings Sync - Make sure night mode is turned off before you sync your settings from your previous phone to this one, as the MIUI does NOT allow you to change night mode settings, these options exist in Android but they are hidden in MIUI for some reason, so my phone is making my screen yellow at 22:00 and there's no quick fix for that.
4) Camera - still great after a year. Not iPhone or top-end Samsung quality but if you're not very demanding, this phone has a quite good camera, in my humble opinion.
5) Battery - I bought this phone just for 120W charging and I have been abusing the phone by enforcing max charging speed and after a year the battery went from 5000 mAh to 4600 mAh capacity, which is okay. That being said, it started to drain faster but it's still good enough to last a day with moderate use.
Generally, I'm rating it a 8/10, quite satisfied with the purchase.

Bought 3 days ago I love Xiaomi 12T. I would say it is heavier and thicker than my ex realme GT Master Edition. But I get better resolution screen and faster ultra charger. The only I think on default setting little frustrated is press and hold power button. Because in default setting, it will make Google Assistant appear (can be changed later inside Settings menu).
Display is large, color is vivid. Like it. The design I see heavier to be hold, big, but OK. Designed with two speakers, bottom and above, better than my ex realme GT Master. SIM tray bottom near port charging, I have no complaint with its design. I am not gamer, so when plug the charger just wait several minutes to unplug it.
Software is nice, come with MIUI 13, actually global with name MIUI 13.07.0 SLQIDXM stable version and security patch still January 2023. I love the notification drawer, I drew on the left, it appear the recent notification. I drew the right screen, it appear notification bar and icon can be chosen such as Bluetooth, WiFi, data, airplane mode, etc. That I love from it is I can change lower or higher volume and brightness without need press volume up and volume down button (my realme GT Master can't do that). From homescreen, swipe to right will aplear Google News like realme phone, can be changed to be App Vault. While swipe up on homescreen will appear Google Search menu. Hold the homescreen will make appear menu for rearrange icon apps, change widget and settings for homescreen display. In default, hold this homescreen is longer than realme phone.
Camera is nice, sound good, takes pictures and the result is like brighter than realme GT Master in default position, not in night mode. Even I compare photo and night mode photo almost no differences. Of course, it has watermark on off that can make appear device model / name and time taken. Photo software is like other phone, it has ultrawide, pro, portrait, macro. Sound shutter has 4 different sound can be chosen.
Signal, WiFi, Bluetooth (even I can connect my realme Buds Q2s easily on Xiaomi 12T), NFC, work fine. Love the Bluetooth after connected to my realme Buds Q2s, sound in music and game are better, even I didn't see any delay sound on gaming (tested play game AOV). The NFC works very good, detection on my e-money card is very well assigned to be read automatically with supported app without need 2 times hold the card to phone's back (make it near if doesn't read, make it far than make it near again). For multitasking app, I leave GSMArena app in still writing, check Chrome, WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook, back to LINE, and finally GSMArena app, all my writing is lose (because lf reload), it is fine. Sometimes some apps will reload.
Battery life is good. I usually charge once a day or twice a day and what the very exciting is 120W charger. Heavier and bigger, but can charge Xiaomi 12T in less than 32 minutes (from under 20% to 100% in switch on condition and the phone active standby). Once I found it charges faster, from 19% to 100% in just under 26 minutes. I activated boost on and turn off overnight charging.
I recommend Xiaomi 12T for users love ultra fast charging and easy to use for daily using phone.
Plus from this phone:
+ Big screen, resolution 1.220 x 2.720 pixel
+ 120W charger charges phone very fast with boost on
+ Two speakers, support Dolby Atmos
+ Camera is clear and bright with OIS, saving photo fast enough
+ NFC detection is very good
+ Price is still affordable on 256 GB version
+ MIUI 13 is good, can change brightness and volume by swipe down right side on homescreen without need to press volume button
Minus from this phone:
- Choosing option to change ringtone need extra steps, because the setting menu direct user to go to Themes app
- No applied screen protector inside the box
